A curated 5-course dinner at Cane & Canoe, the signature restaurant at Montage Kapalua Bay.
Cane & Canoe at Montage Kapalua Bay will showcase a beautiful dinner paired with selected pours from Hundred Acre, a Napa Valley winery known for its fine luscious and structured reds.
Dinner begins with a decadent twist of a tropical fruit salad perfectly paired with Summer Dreams Sauvignon Blanc followed by Fortunate Son, ‘The Dreamer’ Cabernet Sauvignon paired with Horseradish Crusted Ora King Salmon. The main courses include Hundred Acre Morgan’s Way Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2019, Ark Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon and Wraith Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 wines. These premium selections will enhance every bite of the Herb Compressed & Charred Maui Nui Venison and Wagyu Oxtail Bourguignon. Before the night ends, enjoy a chocolate soufflé with a glass of Hundred Acre’s dessert wine, Fortification Vintage.
Joining the event is Hundred Acre’s regional manager and master sommelier, Dana Manison. As you experience each course, Manison will mingle and share Hundred Acre’s history, stunning vineyards, excellent winemaking techniques, and inspiring success stories.
